(1)
Within the parameters of state law, the Board may initiate legal proceedings against
noncompliant entities.
(2)
The Board shall exhaust all statutorily authorized administrative procedures before initiating
any formal legal proceedings.
(3)
In all matters involving formal litigation other than in front of the Board or an administrative
hearing officer or administrative law judge, the Board shall engage the Tennessee Attorney
General and Reporter.
