Definitions

As used in these rules, the following terms and acronyms shall have the
following meaning ascribed to them:
(1)
Administrative Office - The office of the administrator assigned to the Board located on 665
Mainstream Drive, Nashville, TN 37243.
(2)
Board - The Tennessee Board of Athletic Trainers.
(3)
Division - The Division of Health Related Boards, Tennessee Department of Health, from
which the Board receives administrative support.
(4)
HRB - Health Related Boards.
(5)
License - The document issued by the Board to an applicant who has proven eligibility and
has completed the licensure process.
(6)
BOC - Board of Certification, Inc., or its successor organization.
