Scope. Chapter 0180-18 establishes rules relating to business and industrial development
corporations (“BIDCOS”) licensed pursuant to the provisions of Public Chapter 124, Acts of
1989 (“the Act”).

Definitions. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms used in this chapter which have been
defined in the Act shall be construed to be defined as provided in the Act.
