Poultry

(1) Sponsors of poultry fairs and exhibitions shall notify the Department of Agriculture at least thirty (30) days prior to such show or exhibition. (2) Poultry at fairs and exhibitions are subject to surveillance testing for Pullorum-typhoid, avian influenza, Exotic Newcastle Disease or other poultry diseases, as determined by the state veterinarian.
