(1)
Campus. The main MTSU campus and any additional property owned by the University.
(2)
Vehicle. Any self-propelled vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles,
scooters, mopeds, and golf carts capable of exceeding twenty-five (25) miles per hour over
level, paved surfaces.
(3)
Visitor. Any person on the Campus who is not a current student, member of the faculty, staff,
or administration.
