Reporting A Concern

If a foster child, or his/her representative, has concerns relating to the foster child’s rights provided in the Foster Child Bill of Rights, the concern may be reported to the Department’s Customer Relations Unit via telephone at 1-800-861-1935 or via email at DCS.Custsrv@tn.gov. Reported concerns will be addressed in accordance with applicable Department policies and procedures.
