Rules:
(1)
An attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
(2)
An attorney admitted or who seeks to be admitted pro hac vice.
(3)
Any party acting pro se in a case pending in the Claims Commission who is otherwise
authorized by law to file Documents with the Claims Commission.
