Change Of School Ownership And Relocation

Substantial changes to a school’s physical location shall be deemed a relocation. A new license for a relocated school shall be required following an inspection. Substantial changes include, but are not limited to, a significant increase or reduction in a school’s square footage as well as changes to the floor plan, physical walls, and entry doors. The Board shall be notified in writing of any substantial changes no less than thirty (30) days prior to the changes being made.
