Definitions

As used in Chapter 0455, unless context otherwise requires:
(1)
“Act” shall mean the Tennessee Court Reporter Act of 2009, T.C.A. §§ 20-9-601 et seq.
(2)
“Commissioner” shall mean the commissioner of the Department of Commerce and
Insurance of the State of Tennessee, or the commissioner’s designee.
