Working Interviews

(1) A dentist shall not conduct employment interviews with dentists, dental hygienists or dental assistants that include any patient care unless the dentist visually inspects and verifies the GENERAL RULES CHAPTER 0460-01 dentist’s, dental hygienist’s or dental assistant’s current and unrestricted authorization to practice their profession in Tennessee. (2) A licensee’s failure to comply with the provisions of this rule shall constitute unprofessional conduct and subject the licensee to disciplinary action pursuant to Rule 0460-01-.06. (3) An applicant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this rule shall constitute unprofessional conduct and subject the applicant to licensure denial pursuant to Rule 0460-01-.04.
