For licensed dentists, the Board adopts, as if fully set out herein and to the extent that it does
not conflict with state law, rules or Board Position Statements, the American Dental
Association (ADA) Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct as it may, from
time to time, be amended. A copy of the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional
Conduct may be obtained by contacting the American Dental Association at 211 East

http://www.ada.org.

For licensed dental hygienists, the Board adopts, as if fully set out herein and to the extent
that it does not conflict with state law, rules or Board Position Statements, the American
Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) Code of Ethics for Dental Hygienists as it may, from
time to time, be amended. A copy of the ADHA Code of Ethics for Dental Hygienists may be

For registered dental assistants, the Board adopts, as if fully set out herein and to the extent
that it does not conflict with state law, rules or Board Position Statements, the American
Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) Principles of Ethics and Professional Conduct as it
