Rate Setting Methodologies For Clinical Services

The unit for all types of therapy services and nursing services is a quarter hour.
(2)
The unit for behavioral services is one quarter (1/4) of an hour.
(3)
The rate for clinical services is based on comparison with national rates of payment and
comparable rates of payment within the State for like services.
