Human Rights Committee

The facility must provide a Human Rights Committee to ensure the rights of the person supported and
provide advocacy for the person supported. The committee must consist minimally of at least three (3)
members, including one (1) member who is independent of the facility. The committee’s meetings and
decisions must be documented.
