Scope

(1)
This chapter applies to any person who, in commerce, produces, stores, transports, handles,
processes, packages, or labels dairy products, trade products, or bulk milk for use in
producing dairy products or trade products.
(2)
The department shall not refund fees for early termination of any license issued under this
chapter.
(3)
Licenses issued under this chapter are not transferable from person to person or location to
location.
