Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to effectuate T.C.A. § 49-5-108(d) that requires the State Board of
Education to approve a process for an LEA, or for two (2) or more LEAs working together, to
establish an LEA teacher training program for the purpose of recommending Eligible Educators
for additional endorsements.
