Reinstatement Of Invalid License

After a license has been expired seven (7) calendar days the holder thereof must comply with
the following requirements:
(a)
Expired (one–twelve months) – a ten percent (10%) penalty fee will be assessed each
month to the renewal fee, up to twice the normal fee;
(b)
Expired more than one (1) year – follow new application requirements.
