Forms

(1) Forms to be employed for the making and processing of applications for Agency mortgage loans and for occupancy in housing financed by an Agency mortgage loan and for the administration of all matters related thereto shall be prepared, revised and amended from time to time by the Agency, and shall specify the information to be included therein and the supporting materials to be submitted therewith. (2) Forms of documents to be employed with respect to Agency mortgage loans, other Agency loans and the issuance and sale of Agency notes and bonds and shall be prepared, revised and amended from time to time by the Agency, and the appropriate forms of such documents shall be employed with respect to all matters relating to Agency mortgage loans and other Agency loans. GENERAL PROVISIONS CHAPTER 0770-1-1 (3) The Agency reserves the right to pursue all remedies prescribed by law, including without limitation those provided in §8 of the Act, T.C.A. §13—23—118 for breach or violation of any provision of any Agency loan document referred to in 0770—1—1—.03 (2) hereof.
