Notices Of Hearings

(1)
Service. Upon request for a hearing, or upon his own initiative, the Commissioner shall serve, or cause
to be served, a reasonable notice of hearing.
(2)
Contents of Notice. A notice of hearing served under paragraph (1) of this rule shall include:
(a)
The date, time and place of the hearing;
(b)
The legal authority under which the hearing is to be held; and
(c)
A specification of issues of fact and law.
