Appeals

(1) Any party may appeal any order of a workers’ compensation judge to the workers’ compensation appeals board by filing a notice of appeal, on a form approved by the Administrator, with the clerk of the court of workers’ compensation claims. (2) An appeal to the Tennessee Supreme Court must follow the Rules of Appellate Procedure.
