Inspection Of Decisions Of The Appeals Tribunal And The Board Of

REVIEW.
(1)
Copies of all decisions of the Appeals Tribunal and the Board of Review shall be kept on file
for three (3) years at the office of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development at
Nashville, Tennessee. Such decisions shall be open for public inspection subject to the
provisions of T.C.A. Section 50-7-701 and without, in any manner, revealing the identity of
any of the parties or witnesses involved.
