Annual Report

Every Board-approved program shall file an annual report with the
Board on or before December 31 of each calendar year.
(1)
The report shall contain:
(a)
The number of students enrolled;
(b)
The number of students graduated;
(c)
The number of students dismissed or withdrawn;
(d)
The number of students sitting for the licensure test; and
(e)
The percentage of students taking the test for the first (1st) time and passing the
licensure test.
(2)
A copy of the report filed with THEC or TBR is deemed to meet the requirements of this rule.
