Food Procurement In Hospitals

All food approved by the hospital’s food service department must be from sources approved or considered satisfactory by the food service department and must be clean, wholesome, free from spoilage, free from adulteration and misbranding and safe for human consumption. No food which has been processed in a place other than a commercial food processing establishment must be used.
