Community Relations

(1)
The Facility shall have policies and procedures for community relations, including identifying
Facility personnel who is responsible for developing and implementing the plan.
(2)
A Facility shall take proactive efforts to limit disruption outside of its Facility and that may be
connected with patients it serves.
(3)
Each Facility shall provide TDMHSAS, when requested, with a specific plan describing the
efforts it will make to assure responsiveness to community needs.
(4)
Each Facility shall document community relations efforts and community contacts, including
the resolution of issues identified by community members or service recipients.
