(1) Schedule IV consists of the drugs and other substances, by whatever official name, common or usual name, chemical name, or brand name designated, listed in this rule. Each drug or CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES CHAPTER 0940-06-01 substance bears the federal controlled substance code number assigned to it by the Drug Enforcement Administration. (2) Narcotic drugs.
