Customer Complaints

Complaints concerning the charges, practices, facilities or service of the utility shall be
investigated promptly and thoroughly. The utility shall keep such records of customer
complaints as will enable it to review and analyze its procedures and actions. A report of
incorrectly adjusted appliance shall be given prompt attention.
