TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS - LOCAL SERVICE. (1) Any individual company or entity applying for a certificate of convenience and necessity under this rule chapter to provide competing local telecommunications services shall file a petition in accordance with the provisions of T.C.A. § 65-2-103 with the Chair of the Commission. (2) Falsification or failure to disclose any required information in the petition for certification may be grounds for denial or revocation of any certificate.
