Period Election Results To Remain Sealed In Machines And Memory

CARTRIDGES. Under the provisions of T.C.A. §2-9-108, the election results shall be retained in all machines used in the election and the memory cartridge from each such machine shall remain sealed for ten (10) days after the election, or as much longer as may be necessary because of election contest.
