Submission To Newspapers

The list described in 1360—2—16—.03 shall be provided to a newspaper of general circulation as that term is defined at T.C.A. §2—1—104(a)(12) so that the paper may publish the information if it so chooses. The list shall also be provided to any other publication requesting it.
