Partially Qualifying Institutions

Institutions will forward a copy of the paper report submitted to the Department of
Education under 20 U.S.C A. 1070 et. seq. by March 1st on an annual basis for the
preceding year.
(2)
The statistics for Partially Qualifying Institutions will be included in the annual Crime
on Campus report prepared by TBI in a special section.
