General. The Agency will award Loans for eligible Hazard Mitigation projects and activities in
accordance with 42 U.S.C § 5133(f)(3).
(2)
Obligation of RTRLF Loans. Funds will be allocated to Projects based on the established
Scoring Rubric included in the annual Intended Use Plan.
