"Payable-on-death" share accounts and share deposits in trust - Powers of attorney

The following provisions of chapter 2 of this title are applicable to credit unions: (1) Section 45-2-704 relating to contracts for "payable-on-death" share accounts and share deposits in trust; (2) Section 45-2-707 relating to powers of attorney; and (3) Sections 45-2-711 and 45-2-712 relating to payment of checks.
