Civil penalties

The attorney general may seek and the court may impose a maximum civil penalty for a violation of this part of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000). For purposes of this section, each unmarked or improperly marked article constitutes a separate violation of this part. Amended by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 459,s 35, eff. 9/30/2019.
