Branch schools of school for the deaf

(a) This state, acting through the state board of education and the commissioner of education, shall establish, maintain, and operate a school in Madison County for the hearing impaired children of west Tennessee. (b) There shall also be a branch school of the school for the deaf located in Davidson County. Added by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 107,s 43, eff. 4/11/2019.
