Teacher not returning after leave

Any teacher on leave shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of return, notify the director of schools in writing if the teacher does not intend to return to the position from which the teacher is on leave. Failure to render such notice may be considered breach of contract. Acts 1973, ch. 175, § 1; 1975, ch. 51, § 1; T.C.A., § 49-1315.
