County and municipal appropriations

The legislative body of any county or municipality may appropriate funds for the purpose of providing resources for district-wide school safety plans, building-level school safety plans and district-wide school safety teams. Federal, state and local funds designated for such purposes may be used to provide funds for the purpose of providing resources for district-wide school safety plans, building-level school safety plans and district-wide school safety teams. Acts 2007, ch. 548, § 14.
