Contractors - Interest in facility - Disclosure of information

A person to whom this part applies shall disclose the information required by this part before being hired or as a part of a contract entered into with a provider of intellectual or developmental disability services or supports. Failure to disclose the information subjects the person to removal from the position held or the contract to cancellation or renegotiation. Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 688,s 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
