Sexual relations with persons supported - Penalty

Any employee of a service provider who has sexual relations with a person supported, other than the employee's spouse, or commits sexual battery on a person supported, knowing or having reason to believe that the person is a person supported of the service provider, is subject to discharge for that conduct. Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 688,s 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
