Hiring of personnel to manage integrated criminal justice projects

The administrative office of the courts (AOC) shall be empowered to hire personnel to manage integrated criminal justice projects and to be responsible for day-to-day operations. In making the personnel decisions, the director of the AOC shall consult with the steering committee. Acts 2006, ch. 917, § 1.
