Contracted agency - Powers and duties

The contracted agency is responsible for assisting each family for whom services and support will be provided in assessing each family's needs and shall prepare a written plan with the person and family. The needs and preferences of the family and individual are the basis for determining what goods and services are made available within the resources available. Added by 2024 Tenn.
