Promulgation of rules

The commissioner may promulgate rules for the efficient enforcement of this chapter. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Added by 2021 Tenn. Acts, ch. 202, s 1, eff. 4/22/2021.
