Permit fees designated for highway maintenance - Effect of loss of federal funds

(a) All revenue received as a result of any permit fee provided for by § 55-7-205(h)(5) shall be earmarked for highway maintenance. (b) A loss of federal funds as a result of any provision of chapter 953 of the Public Acts of 1982 shall render the provision void and inoperative. Acts 1982, ch. 953, §§ 9, 10.
