Adoption of data disclosure requirements - Requests for data concerning rate adjustments

(a) The commissioner shall adopt data disclosure requirements developed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners for Property and Casualty Insurors. (b) The commissioner is authorized to request other data that the commissioner deems necessary in considering requests for rate adjustments. Acts 1987, ch. 438, § 1.
