Review of order of commissioner - Writ of certiorari

A review of any order made by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter may be had in the circuit court of Davidson County, upon a writ of certiorari. Application for the writ shall be made within thirty (30) days after the making of the order by the commissioner. Acts 1945, ch. 113, § 3; C. Supp. 1950, § 4186.20; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 56-2924.
