Eligible investments

Any particular investment that the insurance company held on September 1, 1979, or was obligated to accept by a legally enforceable commitment effectuated prior to September 1, 1979, and that the insurance company was legally entitled to hold immediately prior to September 1, 1979, shall be deemed to be an eligible investment. Acts 1979, ch. 305, § 9; T.C.A., § 56-369.
