Rules and regulations

The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be subject to review in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 2010, ch. 980, § 11.
