False official statements

Any person subject to §§ 58-1-611 - 58-1-634 as provided in § 58-1-632 who, with intent to deceive, signs any false record, return, regulation, order, or other official document, knowing the same to be false, or makes any other false official statement knowing the same to be false, is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. Any person subject to §§ 58-1-611 - 58-1-634 as provided in § 58-1-632 who, with intent to deceive, signs any false record, return, regulation, order, or other official document, knowing the same to be false, or makes any other false official statement knowing the same to be false, is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
