Delivery of record

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice, and electronic transmission. (b) Delivery to the secretary of state is effective only when a record is received by the secretary of state. Added by 2017 Tenn. Acts, ch. 440,s 1, eff. 1/1/2018.
