Copies of chapter and rules

The commissioner shall provide a copy of this chapter and any rules promulgated under this chapter to: (1) Each licensee and proprietary security organization every two (2) years, at no charge; and (2) Any other person, upon request, for a reasonable fee that the commissioner may fix.
