Rules for administration and enforcement

The board of pharmacy shall adopt, amend and repeal rules for the proper administration and enforcement of parts 2-5 of this chapter consistent with § 63-10-601 . The rules shall be adopted, amended or repealed in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 2008 , ch. 1028, § 2.
