Administrative procedure

All administrative proceedings for disciplinary action against a licensee under this part shall be conducted by the board of occupational therapy in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Acts 1984, ch. 921, § 3; T.C.A., §§ 63-13-308 , 63-13-208 ; Acts 1999, ch. 415, § 2; 2007 , ch. 115, § 7.
